Jeffrey Jacob is a seasoned creative operations leader and founder of OPSWIZ, where he helps businesses streamline processes, resolve conflicts, and build impactful brands. His career began at Staples, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational efficiency, setting the stage for his future leadership journey.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Jeff is passionate about fostering inclusive environments where people can thrive. After managing creative teams at HubSpot, he launched OPSWIZ to combine his expertise in process improvement and branding with his commitment to empowering others.
Outside of his professional work, Jeff is active in fitness and community-building through Stonewall Sports Boston, an LGBTQ+ sports league. He’s also a devoted dog dad to his rescue, Boeing. Jeff’s journey highlights resilience, innovation, and the importance of putting people first.
